Golf tip # 1 The Fairway Bunker Shot
Those who are new to golf are often terrified of playing out of bunkers. When that bunker is 150 yards or more from the green, many of us get into a cold sweat. There really is no need. All it takes to play any bunker shot successfully is a few alterations to your address position. Once these are made you can make a fairly normal swing and the ball should behave itself. When taking on this shot be sure the club you are using has sufficient loft to get the ball over the front lip of the bunker. You don't want to strike the ball perfectly only to see the ball hit the top of the bunker and roll back to your feet. If you are to hit the ball 150 yards out of a bunker toward the green, you must catch it cleanly. This means removing as little sand as possible. If you come into the sand even half an inch behind the ball, the club will hit the ball with very little power, and if you clear the bunker at all, it will be luck. Don't shuffle your feet down into the sand as you would a green side bunker shot, stand as you would if you were on the fairway, but play the ball an inch further back in your stance. This will ensure that you hit the ball and not the sand.
As you are about to take the club back, imagine that the ball is lying on a sheet of thin ice. This will encourage you to pick it cleanly off the top without disturbing too much sand.
Keep the swing short and quiet-that means a smooth takeaway and no lunges from the top of the back swing, and remember.....pick the ball off the top.
If you can remember to do this, you will cut lots of strokes off of your game.

Poetry From A Warped Mind
Oh the guy that she left me for was from the Rotor Rooter, and the memory of her leaving caused
me pain.
But if I had a gun ya know, I could not even shoot her, cause the memory of our love's gone down the drain.
I remember the night she left me, I was in Jamaica, and the goodbye note that she up and wrote
twas on single ply toilet paper.
When I got the bad news, I did sit and pine, cause with single ply toilet paper you can't read between the lines.
The note that she wrote really got my goat, I mean she had her gall, cause the goodbye note that she up and wrote was writ on the bathroom wall.
It said, roses are red dear, violets are blue, and I'm gonna flush you outta my mind just as soon as I get through.
Oh the guy that she left me for..........
me pain.

Profile of an eBay Buyer
While a business customer may be accustomed to long shipping periods, such as 4-6 weeks, between order and delivery of their purchase, many eBay customers will inquire about the status of a shipment only minutes after the payment is sent. Customers may also ask many questions about the product before bidding. While you may be unaccustomed to answering such questions before closing a sale, doing so helps to assure new eBay buyers that you are a responsible and responsive seller. Knowing that an eBay seller is helpful and responsive factors into most buyers' decisions on whether or not to bid for items. Most customers need to be assured of the level of customer service you as a seller would bring to the transaction. A quick and informative reply implies that you are professional, courteous, and will probably work after the sale to solve any problems that might occur. If the buyer's questions are ignored, that can imply that you wont provide a high level of service after the sale, which can discourage the buyer from investing time and money with your company.
Determine Products Most Suited For eBay
| Deciding what items to sell on eBay does require some serious thought. ebay presents a brand new sales channel for your company with a huge and diverse customer base, and each potential customer has developed a particular set of characteristics regarding how and what he or she purchases online. In some cases, eBay buyers can be more exacting about what they want than a "normal" business customer. Before you start brainstorming about what items your company might sell on eBay, you need to consider what kinds of eBay customers make up your base. |
